Welcome to D2
D2 is a small residential home designed to provide a calm and supportive environment where children can experience stability and meaningful relationships.
Following the Woodford Psychosocial Practice Model, the home focuses on helping children feel safe, understood and connected. Through consistent routines, thoughtful support and shared living experiences, young people are supported to develop emotional awareness, resilience and confidence.
Practitioners at D2 work closely with children to support education, personal development and life skills. The home emphasises collaboration and communication, helping young people build trust in relationships and feel part of a supportive community.
D2 offers a nurturing environment where children are supported to grow, develop and prepare for their future.
