THE HUB

Welcome to THE HUB

The Hub is a residential home for children and young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties aged 11-17.

We provide short term placements and facilitate multi-agency assessments over a maximum of 12 weeks for children who are new to care or require their needs to be more fully understood allowing their care plan to be updated accordingly.

A permanent move to another Woodford home would then take place, in the event that a suitable placement was not available within Woodford then a transition to an external home would be supported.

If a move to another residential home is deemed not to be required, then, young people placed with us will be able to continue to develop into adult life and progress through our Step-Down Plan to either foster care, semi-independence or return to family.

Our aim is to help children to achieve outcomes equivalent to their peers who are not looked after children. We are committed to creating environments where children and young people can have their care, emotional, educational and health needs met by experienced and informed staff.
